I. Depression

My depression hits me like kryptonite.
All it takes is a bad memory of lost potential, or just plain shortcomings to bring me down.
Circumstances and current events don't make things any better.
Not having access to counseling or therapy would make the average person go under.
However, my pen and pad are so effective that cancer can be cured (even suicidal thoughts).
Some days are better than others, but I try nonetheless.
  We all have problems.
We all have skeletons in our closets.
We all have a set of demons who like to let loose and attack our spirits from time to time.
Issues (personal and otherwise) are no excuse for us to complain or point fingers.
Battle scars, bruises, bumps, or even scratches doesn't make a person ugly, but unique.
Imperfections should never be meant to be looked down upon as shameful.
Our imperfections have to be exposed to the world so others could know that it's ok to be forgiven more than once.-[6/5/2020]
